  • De Sims 3 Beestenboel specials op Edenstyle

    De laatste weken hebben we veel aandacht besteed aan allerlei previews van De Sims 3 Beestenbende. Maar de fansite Edenstyle heeft een wel erg leuke serie korte artikelen online gezet waar we nog niet genoeg aandacht aan besteed hebben.

    Het laatste (8e) deel is online gekomen en het is de moeite waard om even te lezen. Ook omdat er leuke screens en video’s bijzitten, even lezen en bekijken dus.

    Na de standaard paarden, de standaard kleine honden en standaard grote honden hebben we voor jullie de laatste groep dieren die standaard in De Sims 3 Beestenbende zullen zitten: de katten.

    We hopen dat jullie net zoveel zin hebben in deze uitbreiding als het Sims Nieuws team. Wij zijn al best wel zenuwachtig en kunnen niet wachten tot donderdag 20 oktober 2011!

    Na de standaard paarden en de standaard kleine honden die we straks in De Sims 3 Beestenbende zullen vinden hebben we nu de grote standaard honden voor jullie.

    Alle standaard katten komen later vandaag online; het is te mooi weer om lang achter de computer te zitten.

  • Jullie vragen over De Sims 3 Beestenbende beantwoord door de SimGuru’s

    Enkele weken geleden hadden we de mogelijkheid om wat vragen te stellen aan het team dat aan De Sims 3 Beestenbende werkt. We hebben toen aan onze forumleden in dit topic op ons forum gevraagd of zij nog vragen hadden en SimGuruShannon, SimGuruRyan en SimGuruGraham hebben nu de vragen, die wij geselecteerd hadden, beantwoord.

    We willen iedereen nogmaals bedanken voor het stellen van deze vragen. En het De Sims 3 Beestenbende team natuurlijk bedankt voor het beantwoorden van de vragen.

    Is ithere a possibility that you are allergic for cats, dogs and or horses?

    Being allergic to fur is a trait that Sims can select in the console version of The Sims 3 Pets for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It’s pretty cute when the Sim sneezes – try adding them to a family with a pet for an amusingly dysfunctional household.

    Can your Sim die with an animal/pet/flies as the cause?

    When we added Pets to The Sims 3, we really wanted to focus on all the positive ways they can contribute to a Sim’s life, and emphasize what innocent creatures they truly are. While there aren’t any new types of deaths, the pets do have some unique moments with the grim reaper where they can save their owners.

    Sims True Life heeft veel nieuwe screenshots van De Sims 3 Beestenbende online gezet. Het gaat vooral om screenshots van de nieuwe buurt en de paarden in het spel.

    For the first time ever they will have leashes in The Sims 3 Pets!

    Will there be accessories to adorn the pets?
    You will be able to pick from a variety of collars for your cats and dogs and a variety of bridles and saddles for your horses.

    1.) Will there be any other pets than dogs,cats,horses,turtles and the other announced pets? If, what kind of pets?
    You’ll discover many different types of pets for the Sims to interact with. In addition to the cats, dogs, and horses that players can take direct control over, you’ll find smaller critters like turtles, snakes, lizards, rodents, and birds that Sims can find and bring into their homes. There are lots of great interactions with each one, including things like teaching your bird to talk!

    2.) Except horses, cats, dogs and other home pets, are we getting racoons and deers making mess all over the town?
    There are different types of wildlife that you’ll find roaming through the world as you play The Sims 3 Pets. Raccoons and deer may visit your hard, spilling trash cans or eating from your garden. Stray cats and dogs can stop by from time to time as well. My favorite though is the herd of wild horses which you can actually befriend, ultimately breaking one so that it will join your household!
