Dutchcharts: Sims 3 Wereldavonturen in 1 klap op nummer 2
Zoals elke week weer de wekelijkse software verkoop cijfers en iedereen is natuurlijk benieuwd hoe Sims 3 Wereldavonturen het gedaan heeft.
In de PC top 10 komt de eerste uitbreiding voor Sims 3 meteen op nummer 2 binnen, in de top 10 voor alle platforms komt Wereldavonturen op nummer 9 binnen.
Wat denken jullie: volgende week op nummer 1 in de PC top 10?

2 oplossingen voor blauwe lots in Sims 3 en Wereldavonturen
Er zijn een aantal Simmers die de vervelende bug hebben dat na de laatste patch(es) veel lots (in de Sunset Valley buurt en Riverview – of in de Wereldavonturen buurten) compleet blauw zijn en eigenlijk onzichtbaar.
Ik heb daar 2 oplossingen voor gevonden die hopelijk werken: 1 van een SimGuru:
Before World Adventures, the Mods folder and Resource.cfg file were placed in the following directory:
Go to C/ProgramFiles/ElectronicArts/TheSims3 or the directory you installed your game to.
When WA installed it created a new folder under:
C/Programfiles/ElectronicArts/TheSims3WorldAdventures.
This is where you need to move your Mods Folder and Resource.cfg file. to C/ProgramFiles/ElectronicArts/TheSims3WorldAdventures
You can move the Mods folder and Resource.cfg by right-clicking, selecting Cut, then Paste into the appropriate directory.

We hebben in deze berichten al wat aandacht besteed aan de Prima Games Guide voor Wereldavonturen en vandaag is er een artikel online gekomen over Egypte op het Prima Games Blog al is het wel erg veel reclame voor hun eigen guide.While working on World Adventures, I did not develop a favorite between the three destinations. Each location offers something special — a certain unique local flavor. It’s not just limited to the architecture either, which is definitely different for each location. Local identity is also quite personal. You find it in the little things. Egypt, for example, is the only place where Sims can buy a snake charming basket and then start practicing this special ability.

Na hun artikelen over Frankrijk en China (zie deze berichten) is het nu tijd voor een artikel over Egypte.
But now she’s back in Sunset Valley with a mind full of memories of the places she’s been. She’s been to all three destinations now and Celia has acquired quite a bit of loot, souvenirs and some new loves, one of which could turn out to be the man she’s destined to marry. So I plan to finish out this series with a wrap-up on how her travels have affected her everyday life in Sunset Valley. Stay tuned for that!
