Deze herfst komt er weer een Sims International Film Festival en het is al weer de 3e keer dat Simatography dit Machinima Festival organiseert.
Op onze site hebben we altijd veel aandacht besteed aan dit festival (zie ook deze berichten), al was de SIFF lente 2011 editie wat minder dan de SIFF herfst 2010 editie. Laten we hopen dat er weer veel mooie inzendingen komen en die kunnen jullie nu al inzenden.

To be frank, this is the first accessory pack I bought myself. Like many of you I do not really like accessory packs, I even don’t need them for my collection. But since this is the fourth accessory pack and , like the Dutch saying, a donkey will not bump into the same rock three times and hurt itself again.

Daar is die dan, De Sims 3 Buurtleven accessoires pakket. Om heel eerlijk te zijn, dit is het eerste accessoires pakket dat ikzelf heb gekocht. Zoals velen heb ik het niet zo op accessoires pakketten, ik hoef ze zelfs niet voor mijn collectie te hebben. Maar dit is inmiddels het vierde accessoires pakket en een ezel stoot zich doorgaans niet drie keer aan dezelfde steen om het daarna nog een keer te doen.

Vanavond komt onze uitgebreide review van De Sims 3 Buurtleven Accessoires online die Fransor heeft gemaakt. De review komt zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels online: dat doen we altijd.
Daarin vind je Fransor haar mening, de mening van het team en enkele forumleden. En we zijn benieuwd wat jullie van dit vierde accessoirespakket voor De Sims 3 vinden.

SimPrograms meld dat het er op lijkt dat er één Prima Guide voor De Sims 3 Beestenbende die zowel informatie over de PC-versie, als over de Console-versie van het spel bevat.
Aan de ene kant is dit handig voor spelers die beide spellen kopen, maar aan de andere kant ook een grote fout. Zal er nu minder informatie over beide spellen komen in de Prima Guide?
Voor nu lijkt het er in ieder geval wel op, maar het kan altijd veranderen. We houden jullie op de hoogte.
The Sims Social, however, measures individual Sim progress with an experience point system aligned with levels. The higher the level, the more items the Sim can unlock to purchase and the more interactions the Sim can have with items (e.g. practicing arpeggios on the guitar as opposed to practicing scales). An additional “score” element comes from total home value (which increases with each item you buy), from Relationship progress bars unique to the individual Sims the player interacts with, and from Social Points earned through interacting with other Sims that can be spent on certain virtual items like a hot tub.
