Bug in Nederlandse De Sims 3 Creëer een Patroon tool opgelost
Dit bericht staat op de officiële Nederlandse De Sims 3 site.Het lijkt erop dat de bug in de NL versie van De Sims 3: Creëer een Patroon eindelijk is opgelost.
Sommige spelers ondervonden problemen met de Creëer een Patroon tool. Dit kwam doordat er een bug aanwezig was in de Nederlandse versie, waardoor deze niet (goed) gebruikt kon worden.
Deze bug is inmiddels verholpen. De Creëer een Patroon tool zou nu weer moeten werken zoals het hoort.

Waarschijnlijk moet je dus de oude CAP tool verwijderen en de nieuwe tool weer downloaden en installeren. De dingen waar je mee bezig was zullen, net als bij de update van de Creëer een Wereld (CAW) tool, niet verdwijnen.
Preview De Sims 3 Na Middernacht op Digital Spy
Leuk om even door te lezen maar de preview bevat geen nieuwe informatie.

Popularity and social stature plays a big part in Late Night, with celebrities gliding straight past bouncers into the most high-profile bars and unknown Sims being rejected at the door. Reaching a high social status can be as simple as being good at your job, whether that’s as an artist or athlete, although mingling with famous Sims and exaggerating about your talents will also do the trick. If all that fails, sneaking past the bouncer is an option too. Paparazzi will hound Sims outside clubs, and can be bribed to keep gossip at bay if caught in a spot of infidelity or embarrassment.

‘EA hopes for good Karma on Consoles’ door GameInformer
Gameinformer heeft een nieuwe preview online gezet van De Sims 3 voor Playstation 3. Net zoals alle andere previews bevat de informatie niks nieuws, maar het blijft leuk om alles even door te spitten.
Aside from other small tweaks or content additions, the largest change – and adjustment – in the console edition of The Sims 3 is the control scheme. At first, playing on a controller feels slightly restrictive, but EA has done a fantastic job of making navigation as organic as possible without a mouse and keyboard. The d-pad is used to play, pause, and speed up time, and can be modified by holding L2 to maneuver between levels in a building. Pressing circle will scroll you through your current action queue, where you can manage your current tasks. Clicking the left stick automatically highlights your Sim, making it easy to access their cell phone, change their outfit, or dig through their inventory. Square opens the most important menu in live mode, where you can see expanded information like the status of your relationships, current wishes and opportunities, career goals, skill breakdowns, and more.
