De Sims Middeleeuwen: interview met Rachel Bernstein
Gamespot heeft een 2 pagina’s lang interview online gezet met senior producer Rachel Bernstein over De Sims Middeleeuwen, het nieuwe spel dat in Maart 2011 in de winkels zal liggen. Bij het interview staan ook een paar mooie nieuwe screens; enkele hebben we hier neergezet en de rest kun je in dit topic op ons forum vinden.
Rachel beantwoord allerlei vragen over de rol van de karakters in De Sims Middeleeuwen zoals de smid en tovenaar, en het doen van quests / opdrachten. Het artikel zal zo snel mogelijk vertaald worden door Fransor.

De Sims 3 Ambities (iPhone) review op Engadget
For those unfamiliar with the franchise (if that’s even possible), this new iteration is probably a great starter kit. For diehards like ourselves, the open-endedness of this is a great, enjoyable time sink, to be sure, but it’s also a tiny bit disappointing. Obviously we don’t expect the full features of desktop versions of The Sims 3, but we can dare to dream of a day when the iPhone version hooks into the actual game, allowing us a little midday peek into the more fascinating lives of our smaller, incoherent selves. Regardless, EA’s glorious franchise loses nothing by wasting our precious downtime in yet another way, and while the mobile versions of The Sims may never replace their full counterparts, these games certainly push the limits of the ‘casual’ gaming category.

The Sims Hub heeft een video op YouTube gevonden die 10 minuten gameplay tonen van het spel, heeft SimPrograms laten weten. Ik weet niet of het aan het filmen, aan de Playstation of aan het spel ligt, maar naar mijn gevoel ziet het er nogal haperend en sloom uit… Hoe dan ook, het is een erg leuk filmpje!

S3N Review: De Sims 3 Supersnelle Accessoires
Het heeft even geduurd voor we een review konden maken van dit tweede accessoires pakket voor De Sims 3. De teamleden die De Sims 3 Supersnelle Accessoires wel hebben hadden geen tijd. En de teamleden die wel tijd hadden om een review te maken hebben het spel niet. Maar de review, met screens van Zemm, is er nu dan toch.
Wat de Intrige spullen betreft kunnen we kort zijn: het zijn alleen 3 auto’s. Waarom er geen leuk meubel setje bij zit is echt een raadsel. Waarschijnlijk zijn je Sims na de aanschaf een van deze auto’s meteen blut en is er geen Simoleon meer over voor de inrichting van het huis?
De Keizerlijke Eidolon §110.000, De Requisentie §90.000 en de La Matea §41.000. Ook hier zijn de prijzen weer pittig maar dan heb je ook wel een erg mooie en snelle auto waar je buren en vrienden jaloers op zullen zijn.
