Nurturing
Nurturing Sims are great with teens and children. They understand the joys and difficulties of growing up and are instinctively well prepared to take care of them.

• A Sim with Nurturing trait is great with children and can discipline them more effectively.

• Children and Teens have less chance of throwing a tantrum when your Sim is scolding them.

• Your Sim is more effective at socializing with Children and Teens.

• Your Sim gains relationship faster with Sims that are Teens or younger.

Rebellious
Rebellious Sims take special pride in putting it to the man. Causing trouble (and getting out of it) is their specialty! Whether they’re out after curfew or telling their boss they’ve had it, they’ll no doubt take extra pleasure in it.

• A Sim with Rebellious trait loves defying authority and has a special knack for not getting caught.

• Your Sim’s chances of getting caught while setting traps or causing pranks will be greatly reduced.

• Your Sim’s chances of getting caught violating curfew will be greatly reduced.

• Your Sim will receive special moodlets and take great pride in interactions and activities that overly rebellious.

Al een poos geleden hebben we gemeld dat je voor je Sims straks 2 nieuwe karaktereigenschappen kunt kiezen: Verzorgend en Rebels. De Duitse fansite Simfans heeft de icoontjes van deze karaktereigenschappen online gezet.

Verzorgend en Rebels zijn onze vertalingen, of ze in de Nederlandse versie van De Sims 3 Levensweg precies zo heten weten we niet.

Infinite Sims meld dat EA in de komende weken verschillende e-mails gaat sturen genaamd ‘Feature info’ waarin informatie staat over De Sims 3 Levensweg. De bekende onderwerpen zoals kinderopvang, speciale scholen, tieners en geintjes komen in verschillende delen aan bod.

Bij de derde e-mail zaten drie nieuwe, kleine en ook weer een beetje mindere kwaliteit screenshots. We zullen het melden als er een nieuwe ‘Feature info’ is. Een Nederlandse vertaling zal er hoogstwaarschijnlijk niet meer komen.

Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Marriage, and the Big 4-0!

Before Tying the Knot

Sims who are about to plunge into a lifetime marital commitment may decide to dedicate one last night to celebrating their soon-to-be-historic single status. These bachelor and bachelorette parties are of course only available to engaged Sims who can initiate the festivities by using their cell phones to throw a party. Due to the rowdy nature of these occasions, only Sims who are Young Adults and older can attend. At the party, your Sim may ask a good friend to kick things off by making a toast. And there’s always the chance that one of the engaged Sim’s friends has arranged for some dancers to arrive as well!

De magische kabouter uit De Sims 3 (basispel) zal in De Sims 3 Levensweg zal kunnen gaan opgroeien. En als je twee magische kabouters ergens bij elkaar zet zul je misschien later een kleine kabouter zien.

Er zijn baby kabouters, kinder kabouters, tiener kabouters en oudere kabouters in De Sims 3 Levensweg met nieuwe poses, outfits en je vind ze straks in de buurt van die objecten dat het best bij hun levensfase passen.

In The Sims 3 Generations, you can now have a gnome family! The Mysterious Mr. Gnome you know and love from base game will age through the life cycles just like the Sims.

Leave two of these magical gnomes in your Sims’ homes or have them hang around a wedding and you just might see a new magical addition! Each of the different gnome age ranges has new poses and appearances, and they each prefer to appear near different objects that are suitable to them.

Toddler Gnome – Gnomes are already small, but these magical toddlers are tiny!

Child Gnome – These playful little gnomes are just a little bigger than toddlers.

Teen Gnome – These teenaged gnomes have the look of youth and rebellious teen spirit!

Elder Gnome – Gnomes past their primes, but still just as magical.
